Description
The DKPTO was subcontracted by The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) who is implementing the Indonesian - Swiss Intellectual Property (ISIP) Project on behalf of the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). DKPTO delivered a specific training programme aiming to increase the capacity of the DGIPR trademark examination team by conducting a one week praxis-oriented training session for patent examiners in the field of chemistry. The training programme included a substantial part of “on the job training” where the participants work on concrete examples.
A similar training programme focusing on Pharmaceutical & Bio-technology was contracted and successfully implemented in October 2013.
